In our department, we inherit the technology of machine production and we involve with all if the manufacturing, production, design of manufacturing jig and line preparation.
Improvement of production technology activity
We develop the ability to produce jig and machine from the beginning so that our technician can involve in the technical improvement activity.
We also refer to the past problem lists when we produce the automatic quality assurance machines.
Periodic maintenance
The cutting chip usually causes some problem in cutting manufacturing for both machines and products. We do the periodic maintenance when the rest period of production so that operator concentrates to the line work.
Safety first
“Safety is the entrance of manufacturing” is our slogan. We aim the safety first by using the various kind of sensor, alarm.
